I am Mark Hodgson, a writer and counsellor living and working in Edinburgh, Scotland. Before training as a counsellor, I was a freelance technical writer working mainly in the IT and computing industry. I wrote those books that hardly anybody reads that you find in the box with bits of computer hardware and software. I wrote hundreds of them over the years so there is a very good chance I’m more widely published than some well known writers as some of the products for which I wrote manuals were sold in the hundred thousands.
Today I use my writing skills differently as I write about personal change and contribute to and write newsletters for counselling practices in the UK.
My new eBook, 100 Days of Mind Food For Weight Managers, will be available on Amazon and iTunes in the first week of November. It focuses on how what you put in your head is just as, if not more, important than what you put in your mouth if you want to maintain a healthier weight more easily. It does not tell you what to do, that’s not my way. But it will help you discover what is right for you and identify the changes you want to make to lead a happier and healthier life.
I hope you enjoy and are inspired by the things I share on here. Have fun reading because that’s what it’s all about.
